I’m an educator, researcher, entrepreneur and lifelong learner passionate about creating equitable opportunities through education.
As the founder of Rainbow Bakes and Happy Hands Nepal, I’ve seen firsthand how inclusive employment and skills development can transform lives. These experiences continue to shape my academic work, where I explore Universal Design for Learning (UDL), teacher education, vocational education, and inclusive policy.
Today, my work spans research, teaching, speaking, curriculum development, and community partnerships, all united by one belief:
